Clementine: Am I ugly?
Joel: Uh-uh.
Clementine: When I was a kid, I thought I was. I can't believe I'm crying already. Sometimes I think people don't understand how lonely it is to be a kid, like you don't matter. So, I'm eight, and I have these toys, these dolls. My favorite is this ugly girl doll who I call Clementine, and I keep yelling at her, "You can't be ugly! Be pretty!" It's weird, like if I can transform her, I would magically change, too.

Hi. I'm Stef. ::waves:: I'm a big dork who is currently working at company that produces classic inspired hand made ceramic lamps. After going to college for about 7.5 years and 4 majors, I finally graduated in Spring 2006. I like working with my hands. This manifests itself in the form of baking, making clothes, woodwork/finishing, etc.
In my spare time, I sew clothes that are hopefully in a size or style that I can't wear myself because then I won't be tempted to keep them.
I love listening to music. If I had speakers in every corner of every room in my apartment it'd be a dream. I also like eating food. Mmm, especially cookies and potato based dishes. I also have a thing for facial cleansers. Expensive ones... that smell amazing.
I'm pretty much a recluse and only leave the house to go to work or a class. I occassionally go out when me and my friends can find time to hang out. My iPod, computer and tv make up the harem that occupies my leisure time.
By a miracle of unforeseen events, the man of my dreams has come into my life. I have never before met anyone as perfect as he is for me. Ever since we started dating, I can honestly say that I'm happy and life is good. It's still such a strange feeling and at times, unbelievable. It almost makes me feel delirious. Falling in love has made each day of my life easier to get through. The internets is truly a wonderful place. =D
